Three years ago,
daught's age=x-3
mother's age=4x-3
If mother is five times as old as her daughter,then,
4x-3=5(x-3)
4x-3=5x-15
5x-4x=-3+15
x=12
Daughter's age is 12years
Mother's age=4x
=4(12)
=48years,
