x^2+20x-10925=0
quadratic formula
x=(1/2)(-20+/- sqrt (400+43800); the sqrt term=210
x=(1/2) (190), positive root only.
=95 feet wide and 115 feet long
Area is their product or 11500-575=10,925 sq ft.
