You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
If

1 = 10cos(x + 1) - 4,

then

10cos(x+1) = 1 + 4 = 5,

cos(x+1) = 5%2F10 = 1%2F2,

x+1 = +/- %28pi%2F3%29 + 2k%2Api.

x = -1  +/- %28pi%2F3%29 + 2k%2Api.

Due to the constrain  0 < x < 1,  the only solution is   x = pi%2F3-1.
