You can put this solution on YOUR website!

if I think of a number: x
multiply by 3:3x
and divide by 2: 3x%2F2
if the result is 18: 3x%2F2=18
to find out what was the original number, solve 3x%2F2=18 for x
3x%2F2=18

3x=18%2A2
3x=36
x=36%2F3
x=12
so, your number is highlight%2812%29
