divide it by 10, 11% (1/9) too big, and you get 650.2 Quotient is larger, but it is difficult to get a sense how much.
realize that 9 goes into 63 7 times, so it goes into 6300 700 times. There are 200 left, and you guess maybe 20, since 9 *20=180, and you say a little more than 720.
