Sequences have a pattern, in this one you multiply by 10 then divide by half. So,

2 * 10 = 20 then half of 20 is 10 and so forth. Therefore, 50 * 10 = 500 and half of 500 is 250.

500 and 250 are the next two terms in the sequence.
