That would depend a great deal on your definition of "good" as relates to word problems. One of the first things that comes to mind is: "Good for whom?" But that concern aside, are you interested in any word problem that is good or better? Or would you reject one that is truly outstanding because your assignment is specifically to find one that is merely good.
The first thing you have to do to adequately explain what you want is to make a clear and unequivocal statement of what differentiates a "good" word problem from one that is sufficiently different from good so as to be an unacceptable answer to your question.
In spite of the myriad difficulties attendant to an attempt to provide you with an answer, I shall chive on.
Asok had a number of thurbligs in his top desk drawer, Dilbert had twice as many in a box in his cubicle, and Wally had 9 more than Asok in his coffee cup. What is the minimum number of thurbligs Asok must have had if he, Dilbert, and Wally were able to provide Pointy-Hair with the 237 thurbligs he needed for the staff meeting on Friday? Discuss whether your answer would have been different if it was Alice, the White Rabbit, and the Mad Hatter giving slithy toves to the Red Queen.
If that isn't a good word problem, remember: You get what you pay for. And you paid nothing.
