You can put this solution on YOUR website! [(w+3)/4w] / [(w-3)/2w]
Invert the denominator and multiply:
[(w+3)/4w] * [2w/(w-3)]
Cancel the common "2w" factor in numerator and denominator:
[(w+3)/2] * [1/(w-3)]
= (w+3)/[2(w-3)]
