You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2C=S
C+S+A=660 OR C+2C+A=660 OR 3C+A=660 OR A=660-3C
5A+3C=2292 NOW REPLACE A BY (660-3C)
5(660-3C)+3C=2292
3300-15C+3C=2292
-12C=2292-3300
-12C=-1008
C=-1008/-12
C=84 NUMBER CHILDREN ATTENDING. THEREFORE THERE WERE 2*84=168 SENIORS. (FREE-LOADERS)
2*84+84+A=660
168+84+A=660
A=660-252
A=408 NUMBER OF ADULTS.
PROOF
3*84+5*408=2292
252+2040=2292
2292=2292
