Hi there,
The function f(x) = 4x -2
f(x)= 4x-2
f(-1)= 4(-1) - 2 = -6
f(0) = 4(0) - 2 = - 2
f(3) = 4(3) - 2 = 10
Hope this helps:-)

Hi dear,
To find f(-1),all that you are to do is to put x=-1 in the given function.
HERE IS THE WORKING:
If f(x)=4x-2
then,
f(-1)=4(-1)-2
=-4-2
=-6
Also,
f(0)=4(0)-2
=0-2
=-2
And for
f(3)=4(3)-2
=12-2
=10
Therefore,
f(-1)=-6
f(0)=-2 and
f(3)=10
HOPE THIS HELPS.
Best regards,
