invNorm(0.10) = -1.282

The z score z = -1.282 will be used to find the raw x score

z = (x - mu)/sigma
-1.281 = (x - 163)/10
-1.281*10 = x - 163
-1.2810 = x - 163
-1.2810 + 163 = x
161.719 = x
x = 161.719

Rounded to the nearest inch, about 10% of the women are below the height of 162 cm
