You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%282m-6%29-%283m-4%29=+-%28-4%2Bm%29-4m%2B6 Start with the given equation

2m-6-3m%2B4=+4-m-4m%2B6 Distribute the negative

-m-2=4-m-4m%2B6 Combine like terms on the left side

-m-2=-5m%2B10 Combine like terms on the right side

-m=-5m%2B10%2B2Add 2 to both sides

-m%2B5m=10%2B2 Add 5m to both sides

4m=10%2B2 Combine like terms on the left side

4m=12 Combine like terms on the right side

m=%2812%29%2F%284%29 Divide both sides by 4 to isolate m

m=3 Divide

--------------------------------------------------------------
Answer:
So our answer is m=3

the 2m-6 you just take out.
the -(-4+m) is the same as -1*(-4+m). you change all the signs inside the parentheses and get rid of the minus sign outside it like this: +4-m.
2m-6-3m+4=+4-m-4m+6
-m-2=-5m+10
add 5m and 2 to each side. 4m=12
divide 4 into each side. m=3
Check: (ALWAYS check)
(2*3)-6-((3*3)-4)=-(-4+3)-(4*3)+6
6-6-(9-4)=-(-1)-12+6
-9+4=1-6
-5=-5
