Since the sum of the discount for 20% and x% is 36%,
Then,add them togather as follows

20%2F100%2BX%2F100=36%2F100
x%2F100=36%2F100-20%2F100
x%2F100=16%2F100
From the above,
x=16%

After the 1st discount, the price is 80% of the original,
After the 2 discounts, the price is 64% of the original.
OP * 0.8 * x = 0.64*OP
x = 0.8
x = 20% discount
