You can factor,
A=24x%5E2-15x
A=3x%288x-5%29
So you can separate out into prime factors but you can't come up with a unique solution.
In other words it could be 3x and %288x-5%29 but it could also be x and 3%288x-5%29 or 3 and 8x%5E2-5x and any other combination.
