subtract equ 4 and equ 3
13y=41
y=41/13

put y=3.2 in equ 1
2x+3(3.2)=19
2x+9.6=19
2x=19-9.6
2x=9.4
x=9.4/2
x=4.7
The value of x=3.2,y=4.7
