You can put this solution on YOUR website! Assuming you don't allow a zero in the tens place (02,04,...,08) then
there are 90 2 digit numbers available from 10 to 99.
Half are even, half are odd.
Of those 45 even numbers, the ones that start with an odd number will sum to an odd number since odd plus even equals odd.
