We are given only equalities:
Setup time=12 minutes (not at least, not at most, exactly 12 minutes)
Production=15 candies per minute (not at least, not most, exactly)
.
Number of candies=(Total time-setup time)(candies produced per unit time)
Make sure time units are the same (all hours, or all minutes)
.
