A building is 16 meters from a television tower. From the top of the building, the angle of elevation to the top of the tower is 24°. Find the height of the tower.

You have a leg of 16, and you have one of the angles, 24 degrees; and being right angle, knowing "which" angle you have and which end of the known leg,....

You still do not have enough information to find the height of the entire tower; only part of it. If you know that this angle were from the BOTTOM of the building to the top of tower, then that would be enough.
