Hi there,
Make Width = 'x'
Length = 2 + 2x
Perimeter = 2 x Length + 2 x Width
130 = 2(2 + 2x) + 2(x)
130 = 4 + 4x + 2x
Rearrange
6x = 130 - 4
6x = 126 feet
x = 126/6
x = 21 feet.
Width = 21 feet
Length = 44 feet
