You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Trigonometric form of the number  -4  is

-4 = 4(cos(180°) + i*sin(180°)),

because   cos(180°) = -1,   sin(180°) = 0.

comment from student: Oh okay! So it would be: 4(cos 0° + i sin 0°)?
-------------------------------------------------------------

NO !!!

It is

-4 = 4(cos(180°) + i*sin(180°)).
