I am not sure if you mean 3%2Fx+%2B1%2B+2%2Fx+%2B1 or 3x%2B1%2B2x%2B1 we can solve both.
3%2Fx+%2B1+%2B+2%2Fx%2B1
Combine like terms
3%2Fx+%2B2%2Fx%2B1%2B1
5%2Fx%2B2 It can't be simplified further than that.
The other equation.
3x%2B1%2B2x%2B1
Same deal, combine like terms.
5x%2B2
That's it.
