There are 4 possible outcomes. The outcomes HH, HT have heads as the first coin. The outcomes HT (already listed) and TT have tails for the second coin.
Put together, the outcomes HH, HT, TT either have heads on the first coin or tails on the second coin (or both at the same time).
Therefore, the probability is 3/4. The only time it doesn't happen is if the outcome is TH
