Consider that this is a right
angled triangle.
Distance up to bridge = 1.5m
This is the opposite side
Rope length = 15m
This is the hypotenuse
Angle of inclination = x
sinx = opposite/hypotenuse
sinx = 1.5/15
sinx = 0.1
sin^-1x = 5.74 degrees (2 decimal places)
