You can put this solution on YOUR website! the 5) part is correct.
|2m+3| < 13
2m+3<13 you can always just take off the brackets, and that will give you one solution
2m<10 ; m<5
2m+3 > -13
2m> -16
m>-8
(-8,5) is the interval.
if m is -9, you get |-15|< 13, and that is not true.
if m is 0 it works, if m is 6 it does not work.
