The first 20 NATURAL numbers are

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20

The first 20 WHOLE number are

0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19

Difference between them?
Subtract their sums and they'll all cancel except for the 20.

Answer: 20.
