What do you mean by Zbar?
Typically it denotes the complex conjugate.
However,
Z=a%2Bbi
Zbar=a-bi
Then,
Z%2BZbar=a%2Bbi%2Ba-bi
Z%2BZbar=2a
There is no imaginary component.
So either there is no solution or please clarify what Zbar is.
