Factorise Numerator (r^2 - 5r + 6)
= (r - 2)(r - 3)
Factorise Denominator (r^2 - 4)
= (r - 2)(r + 2)
.............
(r - 2)(r - 3)/(r - 2)(r + 2)
Cancel out (r - 2) in numerator and denominator
Leaving = (r - 3)/(r + 2)
