You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) Find the slope of the line v
m%5B1%5D=%286-3%29%2F%286-2%29=3%2F4
2) the slope of the line that is perpendicular to v
m%5B2%5D=-1%2Fm%5B1%5D
m%5B2%5D=-1%2F%283%2F4%29=-4%2F3
Answer: m%5B2%5D=-4%2F3

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
slope of this line is chg y/chg x =(3/4)
perpendicular is negative reciprocal or -4/3 That is your answer.
To prove it:
use point slope formula with that
y-y1=(-4/3) (x-x1)
y-6=(-4/3)(x-6)= -(4x/3)+8. Note, you may use either point.
y=(-4/3)x +14
equation of original line is y=(3/4)x-3/2+3=y=(3/4)x+(3/2)
