Which solutions cannot be used in the equation, %283x%29%2F%28x%2B1%29=2x-1 ?

3x=%282x-1%29%28x%2B1%29
3x=2x%5E2-x%2B2x-1
2x%5E2%2Bx-1=3x
2x%5E2-2x-1=0

Looking for all solutions,
x=%282%2B-+sqrt%284%2B4%2A2%2A1%29%29%2F4
x=%282%2B-+sqrt%2812%29%29%2F4
x=%282%2B-+2sqrt%283%29%29%2F4
x=1%2B-+sqrt%283%29%2F2

I have to find any Extraneous solution for this rational equation 3x divided by x+1 = to 2x-1 divided by x+1
3x%2F%28x+%2B+1%29+=+%282x+-+1%29%2F%28x+%2B+1%29, with x+%3C%3E+-+1
3x = 2x - 1 ------- Setting numerators equal to each other since denominators are the same
3x - 2x = - 1
x = - 1, but x+%3C%3E+-+1, so highlight_green%28x+=+-+1%29 is an EXTRANEOUS SOLUTION.
