The 4 sides are triangles with base 5 and slant height 8
Area of one triangle is (1/2) bh. There are 4 such, so the total area is 2bh=80 sq ft.
The total area is 105 sq ft.
Area can be base area+ half the perimeter * the slant height. Perimeter=25
Half the perimeter * slant height= 80; sum=105 sq. ft.
