X%5E2%2B1296%22%22=%22%221521

Subtract 1296 from both sides:

X%5E2%22%22=%22%22225

sqrt%28X%5E2%29%22%22=%22%22%22%22+%2B-+sqrt%28225%29

X%22%22=%22%22%22%22+%2B-+15

Two solutions:  X = 15 and X = -15.

Now use the above as a guide to solve your equation.
