Question 972964: If 6 men can complete a work in 15 hours. Then 10 men, working on the same speed, will complete the same work in _________ hours. Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source):
If 6 men can complete the job in 15 hours, then it would take 1/3 as many men, i.e. 2 men, 3 times as long, or 45 hours. Then it would take 5 times as many men (5 X 2 = 10) 1/5th as long, or 9 hours.
