So, as per ques,
x%2By+=+39
and %282%2F3%29x+%2B+%283%2F4%29y+=+28
or, 8x+%2B+9y+=+28%2A12
=> 8x+%2B+9%2839-x%29+=+336
=> -x+=+336+-+351
=> x+=+15
So the parts are 15 and 24.
