You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I'm assuming you mean n%28E%29=45.
P%28E%29%2Fn%28E%29=P%28F%29%2Fn%28F%29
0.50%2F45=0.4%2Fn%28F%29
n%28F%29=%280.4%2F0.5%29%2845%29
Work that out to get your solution.
