= [(3x+2+4x)/(5x-7)]
= (7x+2)/(5x-7)
the domain for (a) is all real except 7/5 which is 1.4
b) f(x)/g(x) = [(3x+2)/(5x-7)]/[(4x)/(5x-7)]
= [(3x+2)/(5x-7)]
= (3x+2)/(4x)
