You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let no. of girls = x
Then, no. of boys = x + 5% of x
= 1.05x
Now, as per ques,
No. of boys = No. of girls +2
So, 1.05x = x + 2
i.e 1.05x - x = 2
or, 0.05x = 2
or, x = 2/0.05
= 40
So girls = 40, boys = 42, total student = 82
