You can put this solution on YOUR website!

an equation of a line in slope-intercept form is:
y=mx%2Bb where m is a slope and b is a y-intercept
The horizontal line has y+=b( constant) for every value of x.
since a horizontal line, in your case, passing through (5,-1), the equation is y+=+-1.
The slope of a horizontal line is m=0, therefore, your equation in slope-intercept form will be:
y+=+0%2Ax+-1
