-2x+y=-1
3x=9-y
3x+2y=-5
4x-3y=16

Add to get 7x = 28 ; x = 4, then solve for "y"::

Subtract to get 3y = -6; y = -2, then solve for "x"::

-2x+y=-1
3x=9-y
Rearrange::
-2x + y = -1
3x +y = 9
Subtract to get 5x = 10 ; x = 2, then solve for "y"::

3x+2y=-5
4x-3y=16

Multiply top eq by 3 ; Multiply bottom equation by 2
9x + 6y = -15
8x - 6y = 32

Add to get: 17x = 17 ; x = 1 , then solve for "y";;
