multiply both sides by 15, so
15(21-3x) < 0(15)
21-45x < 0
now subtract 21 from both sides
-45x < -21
multiply both sides by -1/45
x > 21/45 or simplified 7/15
(Notice in the above step that I reversed the inequality sign since you must when we multiply (or divide) by a negative
To express as an interval: (7/15,inf)
