First use a calculator to find the square root of 4519.

We get 67.22350779.  

We know that the square of an ODD number is an ODD number.

So we take the smallest ODD whole number which is larger than that.

Answer: 69.

                   Checking 692 = 4761.
                   and it can't be 68, because 682 = 4624, even
                   and it can't be 67, because 672 = 4489, too small.
