Then length is 3x
Area =length * width
243=x*3x
243=3x^2
X^2=81
X=9
Length is 9 meter
Width is 9*3=27 meter
Now, perimeter =2*( length + width)
Perimeter=2*(9+27)=2*36=72 meter
Ans=72 Meter
