Question 96564: We have to classificate each number as either a natural number, whole number, integers, rational number, terminating decimal or irrational number.
The ones I have trouble in are the ones that are square roots. For example what would the square root of 49 be? am I classificating the number 7, or am I supposed to classificate it as a square root? I'm so confused

You can put this solution on YOUR website! what would the square root of 49 be? am I classificating the number 7, or am I supposed to classificate it as a square root?
sqrt(4) is rational
sqrt(5) is irrational
sqrt(6) is irrational
sqrt(7) is irrational
sqrt(8) is irrational
sqrt(9) is rational
...
sqrt(49) is rational
