The coordinates for the points are very convenient values for directly reading the base and "altitude" directly from the graph, or by visualization using the three ordered pair.

Just use the area formula for triangle, %281%2F2%29b%2Ah.
Segment BC is the base (see your graph) and altitude is distance from A to BC and is/should be easily computed or found by inspecting the graph.
