IF THE SLOPES OF 2 LINE ARE EQUAL THEN THEY ARE PARRALLEL.
IF THE SLOPES OF 2 LINES ARE NEGATIVE RECIPRICALS (3 & -1/3) THEN THE LINES ARE PERPENDICULAR.
