Midpoint Formula gives the center coordinate pair, (h,k).

The size of the radius, r, will be HALF the distance from (2,5) to (4,1); which you find with Distance Formula.

Standard Form Equation for Circle, %28x-h%29%5E2%2B%28y-k%29%5E2=r%5E2.

You NEED to already know the Distance Formula and the Midpoint Formula.
