8 men can do a job in 12 days
24 men can do a job in 24*12/8=36 days.

I wonder where these people, the likes of the other person who responded, get their math ideas from, and their ability, err,
inability to solve simple math problems, as well as their failure to realize that certain answers DON'T make sense, at all.

Here we're talking about 8 mwn doing a job in 12 days. Assuming 24 men work at the same rate as the 8, how can these 24
complete the job in 3 times the time it takes the 8 men? This is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD.

The CORRECT answer is SIMPLY: %288%2A12%29%2F24+=+highlight%28matrix%281%2C2%2C+4%2C+days%29%29!!! Now, isn't this answer logical? Doesn't it look and sound right?
