Let L=l for clarity ( I confuse l with 1 (one))
e=KL/L+a Multiply each side by L+a
e(L+a)=KL
eL+ea=KL Subtract eL from each side.
ea=KL-eL
ea=L(K-e) Divide each side by (K-e)
ea/(K-e)=L
ANSWER: L=ea/(K-e)
