Question 9625: I have this problem that says can you find the slope of the line passing through (6,-2) and (-8,-2)? Why or why not? Found 2 solutions by askmemath, rapaljer:Answer by askmemath(368) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Slope of a line, given 2 points can be found by (Diff of y co-ordinates)/(Diff of x-co-ords)
In this case -2 -(-2)= -2 +2 = 0
Which means that the slope = 0 This implies that the 2 points are not joined by a straight line.
