Question 961751: I am not good at word problems so can you help me with this?
Jessica has some nickles and quarters in her bank totaling $6.95. If she has seven more nickles than quarters,how many of each coin does she have?
I think the equation would look like this:
.05n+.25q(-7)=$6.95
but how would I isolate a variable?
I could really use your help on this one.

Let = the number of quarters
