The link that you have provided is invalid. It is a link that only works on your specific computer, and others can access it only if they are using your computer. You see how it says Users/ckillian55/Desktop... etc? That's saying that on THIS computer, look at the users, choose the ckillian55 user, look at his/her desktop, and open this file.
